New Patients — Getting Started

Serving children, teens, and young adults up to 21 years old

First Evaluation — $750 (one-time)

A comprehensive, unhurried consultation focused on reaching a precise diagnosis.

  • Up to 90-minute telemedicine visit with Dr. Joshi

  • Comprehensive review and synthesis of prior medical records

  • Active listening and clinical pattern recognition to guide diagnosis

  • Precision diagnostic planning, including laboratory testing and imaging

  • Coordination with your child’s primary care provider and other specialists

  • Access to cash-priced labs at rates significantly lower than insurance-based pricing

  • Coordination with mobile phlebotomy services for at-home blood and urine collection

  • Continued support after visit for up to 4 weeks

Follow Up

Follow-Up Visit — $500 per visit

A dedicated session to review results, confirm the diagnosis, and outline next steps in your child’s care.

  • Up to 60-minute telemedicine visit

  • In-depth review of labs, imaging, and diagnostic findings

  • Step-by-step, individualized plan of care — personalized medicine in action

  • Continued support after visit for up to 4 weeks

 

After Your First Follow Up

Following your first follow-up visit, families may choose one of two paths:

  • Join the Membership Program
    For continuous access, ongoing care coordination, and peace of mind

  • Continue with as-needed visits
    Pay per follow-up appointment when needed

House Calls

House Calls — $500 per visit

In-home, in-person care for families in the Las Vegas Metro Area.

  • Comprehensive physical examination

  • Mobile joint ultrasound (scan, interpretation, and written report included)

  • Currently offered within a 25-mile radius of Las Vegas City Center

Membership

Membership Program – $550 per month

  • 6-month minimum commitment

  • 1 month free with annual payment
